About the Role

Our client, a well-established and growing retail business, is seeking a motivated and performance-driven candidate to join their Worcester branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on retail professional ready to step into a leadership pathway within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and customer base
• Translate product and customer insights into engaging in-store experiences
• Execute promotional displays, campaigns and customer communication initiatives
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
• Monitor and control stock levels, including stock counts and reconciliations
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Supervise, motivate and support a high-performing store team
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and performance-driven team culture

Requirements

• NQF Level 5 Diploma (Business / Retail / related field)
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent MS Office proficiency
• Sound knowledge of POS systems and retail operations

Qualifications

• Completed NQF Level 5 Diploma in Business/Retail/related field
