What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking exceptional candidates who can demonstrate:

• CA(SA) qualification
• Newly Qualified CA(SA) up to 3 years post-articles experience
• Completed articles at a Big-5 audit firm
• Strong academic track record throughout Matric and University
• Mathematics distinction (70%+) advantageous
• Availability of both Matric and University transcripts
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Professional presence with strong communication skills
• Willingness and potential to relocate to Mauritius in the future

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Perform complex reconciliations and general ledger reviews
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Liaise with auditors and assist with audit processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiencies
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
