About the Role
We are seeking a vibrant and energetic Call Centre Agent to join our team at USA Global Marketing. As a full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential customers with persuasive communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in Sales and Insurance processes for lead generation, pitching, and closing sales
- Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with adaptability to a remote working environment
- Previous experience in a call center or similar role is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in the Call centre/ Customer service environment
- Fluent and well-spoken in English (MUST)
- Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices)
- Computer literate
