Job Description
About the Role
Macrocomm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert guidance on all legal matters, ensuring compliance with South African laws and regulations for the Company and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice on all legal matters
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda and briefing documents
- Provide commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for service provider contracts management
- Conduct legal analysis and research legal matters
- Draft documents, letters and contracts
- Negotiate of SLA’s with suppliers and documentation thereof
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitor the implementation of the legal clauses
- Draft legal documents for IOT projects, mergers and acquisitions
- Contract management for all divisions
Requirements
- LLB qualification (Required)
- 3 years court experience (Preferred)
- 5 years legal experience (Required)
Qualifications
- Completed LLB Degree
