About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to oversee our Services teams in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, consistently high customer experience, and effective after-sales service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage services team schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Track and report on team KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee call logging and ticket resolution processes
- Prepare and approve customer quotations in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service environment
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong IT capability (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- No specific degrees or certifications required
