About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join their team in Margate. As the primary point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and inquire about their service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, pricing, and timelines
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer requests and monitor service progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service transactions
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Valid driver’s license
