About the Role

A leading player in the mining and industrial filtration space is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support and grow business across South Africa and selected African markets. This role requires a technically strong sales professional who understands process filtration, enjoys working closely with mining clients and EPCM partners, and is comfortable operating in both local and cross-border environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects for key accounts across local and export markets
Develop and execute proposals to secure new business opportunities
Support customers with application advice, product selection, and technical presentations
Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing relationships
Prepare reports and CRM updates

Requirements

35 years of technical sales experience in mining, heavy industry, or process environments
Hands-on experience in filtration, particularly dust extraction/dry filtration
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Strong commercial understanding (costings, margins, and quotations)

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, or Industrial Engineering
