About the Role

Join our team as a Camp Co-ordinator at our well-respected guide training school in South Africa. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth logistical and administrative operations of the camp, working closely with instructors, students, and guests to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and enforce Concessions and Reserve Rules and Regulations
Handle official communication in camp, including phone and email correspondence
Pre-course preparation tasks, such as course listings, paperwork, welcome letters, room allocation, food orders, and menu preparation
Guest arrival and departure management, including feedback forms, stock control, and cash handling
Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Requirements

Matric Certificate (an applicable tertiary qualification is advantageous)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Safari, Lodge, or Hospitality Industry (Lodge background preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Excellent personal skills with both staff and students
Excellent organisational, logistic, and administration skills
