About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Partner to join our team in Klapmuts, South Africa. With over 35 years of experience in industrial relations and employee relations, you will provide strategic guidance on employee and industrial relations matters across our business. You will play a key role in shaping people practices and influencing leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and advise on employee and industrial relations matters across the business
Guide managers through misconduct, incapacity, poor performance, and grievance processes
Ensure disciplinary and grievance procedures are fair, compliant, and consistently applied
Support CCMA cases and external labour processes
Provide advice on labour legislation, company policies, and best practice
Identify trends and proactively reduce employee relations risk

Requirements

Solid working knowledge of South African labour legislation
Experience managing disciplinary processes
Strong judgement, emotional intelligence, and conflict-resolution skills
Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
