About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Randburg factory operations, driving efficiency and quality while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. With a strong background in production management, you will be responsible for implementing production schedules, managing budgets, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all factory operations, including production, packaging, warehousing, and logistics.
Implement production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing downtime and waste.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, or equivalent).
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in cereals, snacks, or bakery.
