About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to join our team in Germiston, Meadwodale. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Generate new business through prospecting calls, emails, and field visits.
Manage and grow our existing customer base.
Present and promote new products to existing clients.
Ensure consistent follow-up and client communication.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and activity KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Requirements

Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales or account management, ideally in packaging, FMCG, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related sectors.
Comfort balancing phone/virtual-based sales with on-the-road client visits.
A valid drivers license.
