About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our Ekurhuleni branch as a standalone business unit, driving rapid sales growth and market expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be fully responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, developing new opportunities, products, and partnerships, and personally managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the branch as a standalone business unit with support from HQ
Rapid sales growth & market expansion
Profitability, budgets & financial performance
Building and leading a high-performance team
Strategic planning & execution
Customer relationships and market presence
Developing new opportunities, products and partnerships
Drive aggressive revenue growth and market penetration
Personally manage key client relationships
Own the branch P&L: budgets, forecasts, margins & expenses
Analyse financial statements and sales performance
