About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic organization in Cape Town City Centre. With a strong background in IT management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Manage the office network and connectivity
Ensure all staff are adequately equipped from a software and hardware perspective
Ensure staff are supported when problems occur
Manage technical resources and support services
Ensure stability and speedy downtime recovery
Manage relationships with vendors/suppliers
Manage technical budget
Manage access control
Manage the security of the office environment
Implement Risk plan and disaster recovery plan

Requirements

3 years experience in IT Management
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin
Office 365 Knowledge
Knowledge of Synology NAS File/Server
Unifi Wi-Fi AP configuration
Veeam backup and replication
VMware knowledge, creating and accessing VMs on the network
Fortinet firewall experience
ZK Access: Access control application
Sophos AV Icatch security cameras
MFU printers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
