A fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business is seeking an experienced, hands-on F&B & Stock Controller with a proven background in high-end, fast-paced restaurant environments . As the business expands nationally, this role is critical to protecting margins, tightening systems and supporting operational excellence across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities

Manage F&B and stock control across multiple restaurant sites
Oversee ordering, receiving, stock counts, transfers and variances
Actively identify and resolve wastage, shrinkage and cost leaks
Implement, maintain and improve robust stock systems and controls
Work closely with site managers, chefs and finance teams
Produce accurate stock, variance and cost reports
Support new openings and operational growth phases
Drive consistency and discipline across all sites

Requirements

Proven experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
Demonstrated success in F&B stock control or cost control
Strong operational understanding of kitchen and front-of-house workflows
Highly organised, analytical and detail-driven
Confident communicator who can hold teams accountable
Comfortable working across multiple locations
Tech-savvy with experience using stock and reporting systems
