About the Role
Desino Cash Loans is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Loan Consultant / Office Assistant. As a key member of our office, you will assist with daily loan processing, client service, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with loan applications and queries
- Capture and update client information on internal systems
- Perform basic administrative and office duties
- Ensure accurate record keeping and filing
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data capturing, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting from R4000 p/m for the first 3 months then R4500 thereafter.
