About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to join our team at Time Personnel in the Western Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing high-end client relationships, driving sales growth, and leading a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with high-end clients, interior designers, architects, and specifiers
  • Providing a world-class sales experience to every client, from first enquiry to final delivery
  • Understanding client needs and presenting solutions that match their vision and requirements
  • Driving sales of luxury interior products by identifying new business opportunities, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and expanding the brand’s reach within the luxury market
  • Interacting with clients and developing a good rapport and opening conversations
  • Closing of deals accurately and professionally
  • Creating quotes and invoices according to clients’ needs
  • Project management: overseeing various projects throughout the shop
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and ongoing support to clients
  • Ordering supplies needed and liaising with contractors
  • Ordering correct supplies needed for custom orders
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with private clients, decorators, and designers
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive team culture
  • Overseeing showroom presentation and ensuring all merchandise is showcased beautifully
  • Assisting with sales administration, quotes, invoicing, and client follow-ups
  • Coordinating daily store operations, stock management, and workflow planning
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for customer queries and service recovery

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar sales role
  • Own reliable vehicle essential
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Previous people-management or supervisory experience
  • An outgoing confident personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sales experience with proven results in high-end retail or similar
