About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization by performing collection activities and reconciling AR statements. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that we receive timely payments from customers for goods or services rendered, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and send accurate and timely statements of accounts or required reports to customers.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and past due accounts, with e-mails and calls.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and discrepancies related to accounts receivable.
Respond promptly and professionally to resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak Polish fluently.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
