About the Role

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and numbers to join our team as an F&B and Stock Controller. With a passion for food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory operations across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all food & beverage inventory operations across multiple venues.
Monitor and manage stock levels, perform monthly stocktakes, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and venue managers to maintain optimal stock levels and cost control.
Analyse consumption patterns and forecast future inventory needs.
Track and report on wastage, shrinkage, and stock variances.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Implement systems to ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software.

Qualifications
