About the Role
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and numbers to join our team as an F&B and Stock Controller. With a passion for food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory operations across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all food & beverage inventory operations across multiple venues.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, perform monthly stocktakes, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and venue managers to maintain optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Analyse consumption patterns and forecast future inventory needs.
- Track and report on wastage, shrinkage, and stock variances.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Implement systems to ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
