About the Role

Our client in the Medical Sales industry is seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Representative to join their team based in Cape Town. With a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by selling, demostrating, and supporting medical devices
Conduct analyses of all reporting dashboards to ensure activities increase productivity within the retail objectives
Compile and maintain a database of all agreed target clients with information details pertinent to all clients on an ongoing basis
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made with A, B, C customers in coverage and frequency
Prepare presentations and proposals to increase sales effectively
Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Take charge of the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in medical devices sales
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
Proficiency in CRM software and technical product demonstration
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings

Qualifications

Grade 12
Relevant qualification would be advantageous (if applicable)
