About the Role
Our client in the Medical Sales industry is seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Representative to join their team based in Cape Town. With a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by selling, demostrating, and supporting medical devices
- Conduct analyses of all reporting dashboards to ensure activities increase productivity within the retail objectives
- Compile and maintain a database of all agreed target clients with information details pertinent to all clients on an ongoing basis
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made with A, B, C customers in coverage and frequency
- Prepare presentations and proposals to increase sales effectively
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Take charge of the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in medical devices sales
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and technical product demonstration
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification would be advantageous (if applicable)
