About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Manager/Site Agent to join our team in Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site activities and project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all site activities and project execution
Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and materials on site
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and manage budgets
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Maintain high standards of quality and productivity

Requirements

BEng / BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
ECSA or SACPCMP registration
Minimum 5 years experience in civil engineering projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200 / GCC)
Proven experience in civil construction project management (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)

Qualifications

BEng / BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
