About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced diesel mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural machinery support, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex machinery, as well as performing routine maintenance and breakdown repairs. If you have approximately 5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or in automotive-related roles, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair machinery
Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs
Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Complete job cards and service reports accurately
Ensure all work is carried out to safety and manufacturer standards

Requirements

Approximately 5 years as a diesel mechanic or automotive experience
Relevant trade test qualification (essential)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (laptop)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers licence

Qualifications

Matric or equivalent (as relevant)
