Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and full health, safety, and hygiene compliance
Manage budgets, control costs, analyse financial performance, and drive profitability
Recruit, train, schedule, and lead staff while fostering a positive work environment
Ensure excellent customer service and act as the face of the restaurant
Manage inventory, suppliers, and food-cost control
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
Ensure compliance with labour laws, licensing, and administrative requirements
Lead strategic planning, problem-solving, and crisis management

Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Solid financial acumen and POS system experience (GAAP)
Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
Valid Driver’s License
Own Vehicle
Matric

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary: R400,000 – R550,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Trading Hours: Friday (11am-9pm), Saturday and Sunday (9am-9pm), Public Holidays, and Private School Holidays.
