Fusion Personnel is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a solid background in financial management and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and full health, safety, and hygiene compliance
- Manage budgets, control costs, analyse financial performance, and drive profitability
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead staff while fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure excellent customer service and act as the face of the restaurant
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and food-cost control
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, licensing, and administrative requirements
- Lead strategic planning, problem-solving, and crisis management
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid financial acumen and POS system experience (GAAP)
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own Vehicle

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (no specific degree mentioned)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: R400,000 – R550,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Trading Hours: Friday (11am-9pm), Saturday and Sunday (9am-9pm), Public Holidays, and Private School Holidays.
