About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fulfill the combined role of Senior Tenderer and Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tendering process for major construction projects while providing comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Analyzing project scope, materials, and labor requirements to determine the most cost-effective approach
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submission
  • Developing detailed bid proposals that clearly outline project costs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Presenting bids to prospective clients and responding to any questions or requests for additional information
  • Collaborating with project management and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from bid submission to project execution
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and directing to the appropriate parties
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience with a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience handling full Tender process
  • Proficiency in programming (MS Projects)
  • Familiarity with Tender Software (CCS etc.)
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Negotiating skills
