About the Role
The Senior Sales Broker role at Manpower Group is a critical position that requires an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a diagnostic, relationship-driven sales approach aligned to company standards.
- Conduct stock counts and safeguard all merchandise according to strict company procedures.
- Review and advise on client collections to ensure they remain well-balanced and in line with company guidelines.
- Deliver a superior client experience across in-store, telephonic, and email interactions.
- Ensure the store is open, fully operational, clean, and visually aligned with the brand at all times.
- Protect company assets and client-owned items.
- Assist the Broker Manager with delegated responsibilities.
