About the Role
As a Senior Sales Broker at Gateway Mall, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will leverage a diagnostic, relationship-driven sales approach to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. With a strong focus on operational excellence and customer-centricity, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a diagnostic, relationship-driven sales approach aligned to company standards.
- Continuously prospect and identify new business opportunities through networking, events, research, referrals, and database mining.
- Review and advise on client collections to ensure they remain well-balanced and in line with company guidelines.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent, value-driven engagement – not just transactional calls.
- Stay informed on global economic and political trends to effectively position products with clients.
- Remain up to date on all new product launches, pricing, and marketing materials.

During quieter periods, you will:
- Conduct online research (including LinkedIn) to identify prospective clients.
