About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk/Assistant to join our team at Talietha Holloway Properties in Port Elizabeth. As an entry-level candidate, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company while providing administrative support to our management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing, scanning, and record-keeping
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Capturing data and information and updating records
- Handling emails and correspondence
- Assisting management and staff with daily admin tasks
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in Afrikaans & English)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
