About the Role
Greys Recruitment is seeking an Admin Clerk to provide administrative support within our logistics and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Logistics Administration or a similar role, and be fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written). As an Admin Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data capturing, tracking of shipments, and smooth daily operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- General logistics and administrative support
- Accurate data capturing and updating of records
- Tracking and follow-up of deliveries and stock movements
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal departments
- Assisting with warehouse administration and documentation
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Previous experience in Logistics Administration or a similar role
- Experience with data capturing and tracking systems
- Exposure to warehouse operations and logistics processes
- Own reliable transport
