JOB PROFILE – KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision of on-site activities and personnel Delivery of site services in terms of prescribed contract outcome Health and Safety compliance QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS Matric / Grade 12 Certificate Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g., N3N6, Trade Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering) EXPERIENCE Supervisory/Leadership Training Supervision of Mine Resources, First-Line Supervision, or Team Leadership Certificate Health and Safety Certification e.g., SAMTRAC, NOSA, First Aid, Firefighting, or HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED Analytical Thinking Problem-Solving Attention to Detail Collaboration and Teamwork Communication Presentation Skills Critical Thinking Decision Making Negotiation Skills Continuous Learning and Professional Developmen Creativity and Innovation Cultural Awareness and Diversity Sensitivity Emotional Intelligence Ethical Judgment and Integrity Research and Application Time Management and Prioritization Planning and Organization Skills Outcomes Focused HARD SKILLS REQUIRED Mine Planning & Operations Equipment Operation Knowledge Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Regulations Production Reporting & KPIs First Aid & Emergency Response Computer Literacy PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Lifecycle of Mine Operations Material Handling & Processing Maintenance & Reliability Safety Management Systems Environmental & Social Governance Quality Assurance & Control Production Scheduling & Optimization PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Fleet Management Systems Mine Planning Software SCADA & Control Systems Digital Twin & Simulation Tools Automation & Remote Operation Tools KEY OUTCOMES Supervision of on-site activities and personnel Delivery of site services in terms of prescribed contract outcomes Health and Safety compliance DELIVERABLE / OUTPUT Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues Availability and up-time of the Solution Monitoring of Optimizer Lite equipment to ensure functionality Hardware and solution-related matters Management and tracking of inspection and preventative maintenance schedules Management of Work Orders and Field tasks for Optimizer Lite Optimizer Lite Fuel Management System outcomes and dependencies Fuel and inventory performance Review and track the fuelling operation performance via the reporting Dashboard Take the required intervention actions to resolve issues impacting functionality Solution Health Monitoring – Alerts and notification performance Resolution of alerts Site service delivery Monitoring of the Solution, equipment and user performance Oversight and support of administrative processes to ensure compliance Scheduled and ad-hoc engagements with the Optimizer Lite Support Team to optimize solution performance PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Delivery of contract outcomes in terms of SLA and CMP HSSE compliance Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
