About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Kitchen Manager to join our busy family restaurant in West Rand, South Africa. With over 10 years of experience overseeing a fast-paced kitchen environment and managing stock levels, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued guests. As part of our team, you will be expected to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Train and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
