Durban: Marketing and Brand Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Design and execute social media and e-mail campaigns inline with Brand guidelines and business strategies. Create engaging content for websites, social platforms, and other online channels Optimise SEO to improve and increase visibility, traffic and revenue growth Assist with web development projects and content updates Collaborate with agencies, designers and developers Use analytics and AI tools to performance and workflows Manage and update Shopify stores Online store administration: Upload new products and ranges to the online stores Source and curate imagery for digital use Ensure website content is accurate, current, and optimized for customer shopping experience Collaborate with web developers to enhance site performance Wholesale & Retail Marketing: Design and execute print and e-mail campaigns for the wholesale channel Create (or update) marketing collateral to support the wholesale sales team needs as required (such as): New business sales pitches Product launches In-store promotion and activations Collaborate with the Ops team and Marketing Manager to grow the Concept Store Customer & General Marketing Support: Support our community by responding to online customer queries across social media platforms Collect and report on campaign performance for wholesale marketing initiatives Track social media results, web performance, and online sales activity Assist across all facets of marketing, promotions, and events Participate in planning, arranging, and attending functions/events as required Requirements: Marketing-related tertiary qualification 2-5 years experience in digital and/or e-commerce marketing Strong Excel, design software and content creation skills Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and web analytics Demonstrated experience with Shopify (strongly preferable) or similar ecommerce platforms Understanding of SEO principles and web development workflows Passion for sustainable and environmentally responsible consumer products Creativity Customer-centricity Excellent communication skills Detail-orientated, organised, deadline-obsessed Curious, adaptable and initiative-driven Work collaboratively within a team environment
