About the Role
We are seeking an impeccably presented, service-driven 5-star Butler to deliver personalised, luxury guest experiences in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will anticipate guest needs, provide discreet and intuitive service, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest preferences
- Coordinate daily service requirements
- Handle luggage / Check In
- Assist with room preparations
- Provide fine dining-style service
- Liaise seamlessly with all departments
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanour and presentation
Requirements
- At least 2 years previous butler experience in a 5 star environment (Essential)
- Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service
- Sound wine knowledge and dietary requirements/preferences
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a passion for working with people.
