JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES English and Afrikaans Location: Johannesburg Salary: Market Related Attractive Commission Structure Start Date: February 2026 Our client is seeking dynamic and results-driven Junior Key Account Executives to grow their client base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive consistent revenue performance. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, converting opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: oManage and grow key client accounts oIdentify and secure new business opportunities oBuild strong, solution-driven client relationships oUnderstand client needs and present customised promotional solutions oCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, production) oConduct market research and competitor analysis oNegotiate and close sales deals oPrepare accurate reports and sales forecasts Requirements: oOwn vehicle essential oMinimum 3 years sales experience with a proven track record oExperience in the Promotional Products, Branding, Marketing, or related industries an advantage oStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills oTarget-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities oAbility to work independently and deliver consistent results
