Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy- Assistant Villa Manager Boutique Luxury Villa – Simons Town, WC Join an exclusive, design-led luxury villa where personalised service, attention to detail, and leadership presence define the guest experience. As Assistant Lodge Manager, you will support the Villa Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure. Requirements • Proven management experience within 4–5★ luxury hospitality, ideally in boutique lodges or small luxury hotels • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate teams • Highly polished, confident, and guest-focused with exceptional attention to detail • Operationally hands-on with excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills • Flexible to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills verbal and written • Excellent Computer Literacy Key Responsibilities • Act as second-in-command to the Villa Manager, supporting overall operations and standards • Lead the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring warm, discreet, and personalised service • Oversee daily front-of-house operations • Manage guest requests, itineraries, activities, and sbookings with precision and creativity • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to exceed expectations • Maintain exceptional presentation and ambiance across all guest-facing areas • Coordinate closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance standards • Ensure SOPs, service standards, and brand values are consistently upheld Package: • Salary: R25 000 CTC • LIVE OUT position (candidates already living on the Southern Peninsula of CT will be preferred) • Other benefits to be discussed Start Date: ASAP
