About the Role
Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique and Gallery Sales Assistant to join our team in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing retail operations, and driving sales growth. If you are passionate about hospitality and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and provide product information
- Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) required
- Retail or customer service training is an advantage
- 1–2 years experience as a shop assistant, retail consultant, or in hospitality guest service
- Experience in boutiques, lodge retail spaces, or gift boutiques is an advantage
- POS/till experience preferred
