About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the commercial and industrial solar market. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across Gauteng, and contribute to the company’s expansion into the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts
- Develop and present sales proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential solar installation opportunities
- Close new business deals and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors
Requirements
- Strong hunter sales mentality with excellent closing ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a commercial manner
- Financial acumen – ability to explain ROI, payback periods, and energy savings
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12)
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, Electrical, or Renewable Energy.
Formal solar or renewable energy training/certification (advantage).
