About the Role
GAP Consulting, SA’s Premium Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team in Thabazimbi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR support to our clients in the Mining Industry, leveraging their 7+ years of experience and Human Resources qualification to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching
- Maintain accurate personnel records and reports
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Senior HR Officer in the Mining Industry
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF Level 7) required
- Proficient in Microsoft packages essential
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Mining Environment will be beneficial
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License and own vehicle required
- Contactable references and payslips required
