A well established company that offers professional steel processing services is currently recruiting for a Expeditor in the Germiston areaWorking Hours: (2nd Shift) 14:30 22:30 Monday – FridayTo ensure the timely flow of materials, components and information required to meet manufacturing schedules. The Expeditor acts as the link between suppliers, production, procurement and warehousing to prevent delays and keep production running efficientlyMinimum RequirementsGrade 122-5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, expediting or production support within a steel manufacturing environment Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain software Proven track record of managing suppliers and preventing production delays Excellent communication and negotiating skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Attention to detail for tracking orders and verifying documents Ability to analyze supply issues and quickly implement solutions Proficiency in ERP/SCM systems and MS Office Applicants who meet the criteria are invited to submit their CV.
