About the Role
The Airport Planner is a critical role that requires expertise in planning, designing, and overseeing airport infrastructure projects. As part of AtripleA recruitment & temps, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the long-term development and operational efficiency of airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout of airport infrastructure, including runways, terminals, and road systems.
- Master Planning: Develop airport master plans to accommodate future growth and service needs.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and noise abatement strategies.
- Coordinate with government agencies, communities, and stakeholders.
- Lead planning projects, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
- Analyze operational and passenger data to inform planning decisions.
- Ensure alignment with FAA and other regulatory standards.
- Support and train junior planning staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in airport planning or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and FAA guidelines.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and spatial analysis software.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Salary & Benefits
