About the Role
Our client in the Media and Printing Industry is seeking an experienced Outbound Tele Sales Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective cold calling, appointment setting, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call potential businesses or customers by phone
- Arrange appointments to call on potential customers
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to avail of company products
- Describe services and products
- Respond to questions
- Identify and overcome objections
- Take the customer through the sales process
- Obtain customer information
- Obtain possible customer leads
- Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- Follow up on initial contacts
- Capture all customer interactions on the company system
Requirements
- Matric/Diploma
- 2-3 years previous experience in tele sales with a proven track record in sales
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence and own car
