About the Role
A dynamic and ambitious 4-star hotel in Accra, Ghana is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead its operations. As part of a rebranding project, we are looking for a seasoned professional with Marriott experience to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring alignment with our vision, brand standards, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel functions including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Manage projects, including pre-opening or rebranding initiatives
- Lead meetings and collaborate with department heads and staff to foster a high-performance culture
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Rebranding or pre-opening experience highly beneficial
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree (MBA or Hospitality Management specialization) is preferred, especially for international or luxury brands
