About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Security Manager to join our luxury wine estate and hotel in Stellenbosch. As the leader of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols of the estate and hotel premises
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents
- Manage and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Relevant experience in managing a security team or similar role
- Strong knowledge of South African laws and regulations regarding security and safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
