About the Role
Our luxury boutique guesthouse in Gardens is seeking a qualified breakfast Cook with bakery and general cooking competency for part-time permanent employment. We are looking for a skilled individual to join our award-winning property as a key member of our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast for up to 24 guests daily, including cold buffet selection and 8 hot breakfast items, as well as a daily special.
- Bake cakes for afternoon tea, as well as prepare soups during winter months.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, organisation, and high standards of excellence in the food service area.
- Mis-en-place for the following day, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.

- Reliable transportation arrangements to enable timely arrival at work
