About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their professional services team on a 3-year contract. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into robust technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
- Translate complex business problems into clear functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
- Partner with development and QA teams to oversee the end-to-end SDLC, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Analyze existing business workflows and propose digital transformation strategies using modern enterprise technologies.
- Maintain clear lines of communication between technical leads, project managers, and client business units.
Requirements
- Education: A completed 3-year IT-related qualification (Degree or Diploma).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
