About the Role
Our client, Unspecified, is seeking an Operations Manager with strong leadership and day-to-day management skills to lead key aspects of Insync Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing logistics personnel and systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across two shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, or coordinate warehousing and line feed activities across two shifts.
- Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems.
- Direct daily operations to ensure stable production through accurate and timeous supply of components to the production line.
- Ensure the smooth running of all operational teams within departments.
- Interface directly with all aspects of the organisation’s operational activity, allowing an objective, high level assessment of overall effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- 8 years’ relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
- Professional knowledge of theory and techniques in a specialised field.
- Knowledge of Business Processes.
- Knowledge of running Warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Bachelor’s degree / NQF level 7. (Engineering Related Qualification)
