WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
The Revenue Operations Associate will be a key member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function, supporting our cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role. You will ensure data accuracy, streamline data processes and enable strategic decision-making through effective data management and integrated system monitoring, within our CRM (HubSpot).
We are looking for someone who is highly data-driven, curious and detail-oriented.

Reporting and analytics
Marketing and sales operations support
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
Essential Skills
- Relevant Bachelors degree or Diploma (e.g., B.Sc Information Systems, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship)
- 2 years’ + experience in analytical roles such as Sales or Marketing Operations, or similar
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools
- HubSpot / Salesforce
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical ability to interpret quantitative data
- Understanding of CRM operations and automations
- Basic AI prompt ability
- Able to build simple reports
- Familiar with Marketing and/or Sales process/funnels
Nice to Have:
- B2B SAAS experience
- Familiarity with GTM technology such as:
- Other globally leverage GTM tools (LinkedIn Suite, Clay etc., Demandbase,etc.)
