KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Digital Design and Creative Execution Campaigns and Content Support Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Technical Excellence and Innovation PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Understands and translates content strategy into creative identities for new marketing campaigns Collaborates within a cross-functional team to deliver on briefs and broader marketing needs Takes responsibility and ownership of creative content across all platforms Applies mobile-first design principles in the execution of digital designs Creates effective, responsive visuals for all platforms (app, mobile, desktop, email, etc) Produces video animations for social media and web channels Develops, maintains and articulates brand guidelines for content and design Builds comprehensive campaign toolkits to ensure consistent rollouts across all brand channels Establishes clear lines of design communication across the relevant channels Responds and resolves queries from internal and external stakeholders Conducts proactive research on best practices and industry trends Stays abreast of and adopts new tools, techniques and trends Makes recommendations and implements continuous improvements in design execution QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE: Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4) National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Digital Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication / related field will be advantageous Minimum 2 years experience in a digital design role ideally within an agency or design studio environment Must be in possession of a strong digital design portfolio Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular / React Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular / React Familiarity with digital and social media formats Understanding and knowledge of online sports betting and / or online gaming Understanding of digital design principles, responsive design and accessibility Strong attention to detail Ability to deliver high-quality results Communication Interpersonal Problem solving Time management and meeting tight deadlines Ability to work under pressure BEHAVIOURAL COMPENTENCIES: Team player Multitasking Respect Professional Logical Reliability Adaptable Proactive
