About the Role
Te Development / Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of residential development projects across multiple sites. The role spans the full project lifecycle from initial township development preparation, installation of services, & top-structure construction planning, execution and occupation of completed units (handover) ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in full compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
