Hire Resolve is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Resident Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional looking to play a pivotal role in managing complex engineering projects. The Senior Resident Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also leading and mentoring a team of engineers and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and generate progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to on-site challenges.
- Ensure effective communication among the team, maintaining clear documentation.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project plans and contracts.
Requirements
- B.Sc Eng / B.Eng / B.Tech Eng qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Must be Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech Eng registered.
- Minimum 30 years relevant experience on major road projects.
- SANRAL roads experience
