This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients, attorneys, and credit providers in a confidential, client-centric environment. Position Details: Available Positions: 1 Salary: R15,000 R25,000 (depending on experience) Location: Pretoria East Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 17:00 Friday: 08:00 16:00 One Saturday per month: 09:00 13:00 Every second non-Christian public holiday Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the legal department. Handle inquiries from clients, attorneys, and credit providers via phone and email. Follow up with clients to ensure queries and requests are resolved. Negotiate basic payment terms with credit providers on behalf of clients. Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure confidentiality of all information and documentation. Skills and Competencies: Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent comprehension and reading ability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving ability and initiative. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professional, client-focused approach. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum requirement: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) . Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous. Experience in a legal or financial environment is advantageous. No legal degree required full training will be provided. Hanteer navrae van kliënte, prokureurs en kredietverskaffers via telefoon en e-pos. Volg op met kliënte om seker te maak dat navrae en versoeke opgelos is. Onderhandel basiese betalingsterme met kredietverskaffers namens kliënte. Bou en onderhou positiewe, professionele verhoudings met interne en eksterne rolspelers. Verseker vertroulikheid van alle inligting en dokumentasie. Vaardighede en Bevoegdhede: Sterk rekenaarvaardighede (MS Word, Excel en Outlook). Sterk begrip- en leesvermoë. Aandag aan detail en akkuraatheid. Goeie mondelinge en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede. Probleemoplossingsvermoë en inisiatief. Uitstekende organisatoriese en tydsbestuursvaardighede. Professioneel en kliëntvriendelik. Kwalifikasies en Ervaring: Minimum vereiste: Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12) . Vorige ondervinding in n administratiewe rol is voordelig.
