Job Description

RPO Recruitments client, a well-established building construction company based in Johannesburg, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and residential sectors is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent / Construction Supervisor to join their firm and oversee site operations from demolition through to construction and completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily site operations, including demolition and new construction works Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programmes Report progress to project management and senior leadership Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution Requirements: BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years experience, or BSc Construction Management with a minimum of 10 years experience, or National Diploma in Building with a minimum of 10 years experience Proven experience in both demolition and building construction Strong site management and leadership skills Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid drivers licence (preferred) Benefits: Salary: R540K R660K CTC per annum, negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
